Inventory Management System/software

Morning guys....I am looking for an Inventory Management System for a small auto parts business

I think(and am willing to be corrected) that the system should be able to track Inventory AND customer demographics while being able to spit out reports in high detail.

Single location but remote access would be a big plus.


This is not my forte so I thought I could get some ideas from people that HAVE IMPLEMENTED this type of system or with first hand knowledge.
