Why is it BS to have aPOV at variance with yours?

The article puts forward substantiated info that swings this away from it being as clear cut as you would like it.

So while it LOOKED terrible- the evidence and conviction of 4 officers requires a higher bar.

To the extent that the info used stands up in court-the outcome of this isnt that clear.

It's not BS to have a different point of view, but it's BS to say outright that the accused are entirely innocent of involvement with his death, particularly when one man had his knee on the deceased's neck for almost 9 minutes. Especially when considering, that in the moments leading up to a short while before he died, the deceased was alive, during which he claimed respiratory distress and during the time while he was claiming such respiratory distress his claims were ignored and a knee was kept on his neck till he stopped moving and breathing and the knee was kept in place on his neck for a little while after he expired.

If a person is on medication with high risk side effects, and you place you hands on that persons neck, and they say they cannot breathe, and you ignore that they cannot breathe & keep your hands there till they stop breathing or moving, and you keep your hands on their neck for 1 minute after they stop breathing or moving, to then claim that you not implicated in that persons death would at best a mistake. You are implicated, because there is no way to be 110% certain and without doubt that your hands didn't cause or trigger the reaction that caused his death.

We not looking at how it looks, not studying what the emotional mob sees & says, just watching the facts & that alone. & the fact is, putting yuh knee on a man neck while his hands are cuffed behind him & he lying face down on the ground is a bit excessive in terms of use of force and may have been unnecessary, and the question of whether or not that excessive force had a role to play in his death is what's in question

Its a slippery slope. The guy turned his back on them and went in his car for something. So they can argue that he was deemed a threat at the time and action had ti be taken. There defense lawyer van justify that. Where the prosecution would come in is the use of excessive force. Not only did they use guns on an unarmed man (not a taser, mace, etc) or phisically restrain him, they pump 7 shots into the man infront of his 3 kids. Any jury will eat that up. So the case imo will go to court. But it can still go either way for the defense/prosecution.
