1. The BS explanation put out by the Min of Finance about Backpay was plausible until MP Indarsingh buss de mark on the amount of persons being fired by Min of Social Development, and other state and private entities .............

Do not forget, the estimated revenue from VAT and the million dollar tax has fallen below the Budgetary projections.

2. On another note: Kamla's mantra - "No child will be left behind" has been adopted by Garcia. Over 2000 children who made under 30% will be placed in secondary schools. He is troubled by this and does not know what caused this. Dr. Tim Gopeesingh has put forth an interesting/though provoking info on this.

My own info is teachers who are absent and doing Degrees, Masters, PHD's because they want principal wuk. So they doing they "homework" during class time and to hell with us tax payers and we chirren .......
