What u do? 5 spice and salt? How long in the air fryer? It eh pop and splatter up while roasting?

i use 1tsp 5spice, 1tsp salt, minced garlic fine
1/2tsp bean sauce and thin it with some rum for a smooth paste

the trick is to get the skin gelatinized
you boil some shallow water and put the skin down it it to tighten it up then poke plenty plenty holes with needle or toothpicks but not deep into the meat then rub salt into skin and put in fridge skin side up to dry overnight

air fry at around 250 for 30mins and then 370 for 20-30mins to crisp the skin
wrap bottom in foil after the first 30min to avoid it burning

there are lots of youtube air fryer cripsy pork
it’s ass proof

Cooked pelau but ended up in a prayers this evening so ended up having the works except mango (I never eat curried mango)

Chicken pelau. But we were so busy during the morning that Sunday Lunch wasn't finished till around 5pm.
That ended up being Monday lunch.
