This pest is raping people, resisting arrest, blatantly walking away from the officers to go in his car for what? To commit or attempt another crime with children and on lookers in the vicinity?

OK Here's what happened: Jacob is struggling with an officer, then, all of a sudden, the officers jump back and pull out their guns because Jacob pulled out a knife. At 0:13 one of the officers says, "he's got a knife, he's got a knife". Then Jacob's baby momma says, "put it down". At 0:18, you can see that he has something in his left hand as he walks in front of the car. The guy that recorded the video said that he heard the cops yelling about a knife. With that context, the behavior of everyone in the video makes sense. There were multiple officers on the scene. Jacob was outnumbered.....they could have restrained him but when he pulled out the knife, they all jumped back....even his baby momma jumped back....and from that point forward, Jacob casually walks away as the cops follow closely behind with guns drawn. They are keeping their distance because Jacob is armed with a deadly weapon. They can't let him get back in the car because he might have a gun in there.

Yes and this is a consequence of having an armed population. In these situations it's hard to blame officers especially when they're trained to shoot a suspect (irrespective of race) if he shows any signs of opposition and combative behaviour.

Why is he putting up a fight and holding the officer’s baton? Does he want to take it to use it on them or someone?

I said it before that US cops are trained to shoot until their target no longer presents a lethal threat once they believe that their lives are in danger. Life threatening danger is subjective so if they tell your put your hands in the air and you reach in your pockets your are liable to get shot even if you were reaching for your ID. It may be a bad training protocol to be allowed to that but in a land famous for mass shooters and free for all guns maybe they have their reasons. Simply put just comply with officer instructions and you should be fine. I do not agree with putting 7 shots in a man's back but this video does make a compelling case for acquittal of said cops
