It seems there is usually a few months gap between those vloggers filming a series and posting. I guess between the travel and then self editing they constrained as to how fast content can be created.

David also has quite the lag when it comes to filming and posting.
He was in Guyana around the time of Eid as he has one vid at the President's house where they cooked the Eid Beef meal. Eid was May 2nd but his 1st Guyana vid was posted on Sep 26th.

Same with TT. He was here quite early in the year but the Trini vids were posted in May.

At least you can get doubles and aloo pies. Not a single Trini restaurant in this entire country. Closest thing is a Jamaican restaurant in São Paulo. Closest roti is in Guyana or Suriname. Maybe an opportunity for an enterprising Trini that wants to try their hand at the restaurant business somewhere where they'll have the novelty aspect locked down.

That sounds like a good business idea actually. Trini restaurants make money here and always have people. I say go thru with it.

Anyways, really happy he recognized the Syrian community and I would have really liked for him to experience our Venezuelan cuisine in our cosmopolitan nation.

I admire his likeness for hot spice tho…he put half of T&T to shame there.

Well it is equivalent to a doubles, may even taste better due to the rampant inconsistency from doubles vendors.

But back on topic, the boil channa didn’t look all that great and i saw the dryness in the chicken roti….i guess he have to open his eyes big big and say how good it taste out of respect for the ppl.

i now understand duanes "peppa" or "pep-pah" comment, he gets a strange accent saying d word pepper ... i think he over did it cause it imo overpowers alot of taste of d food itself, when i see how much of that white label brand moruga scorpion he put on d callaloo i was nahhhh man, i bought that brand a time to try it, that ting jes burns d hell out of u, i end up using a tiny bit of it to cook with & throw away d rest, it jes burns with no real flavor

he got about same experience as david got except mark got to hear a steel ban

mark cud reallllllllllly eat plenty food boi & so much on d same day, his belly must lined with kevlar or something ...lol

overall so far it was very good at showcasing trinidads food & culture in that area

david did a fantastic job so mark has to come good though his channel has 8 times as much subscribers so really good exposure for us - looking forward to his other vids of foods in other areas of T&T ...
