I'm actually looking for a portable projector.
Doesnt have to be 4K. 1080p is fine.
Built in speaker preferred.
Auto keystone is a plus.
Wifi and smart streaming functions like Netflix etc would be great.
Would be fantastic if it has AirPlay.

I choose the epson epiqvison line of projector for home theater use permanent ceiling mounted

Had optima and acer before...

You'll need it - skybox companies slow down due to the increased load after big sale weekends

Check Sound & Security in Valpark and also Steves Electronics and also Gopauls Electronics in San Fernando.
Music instrument stores also have the tripod stands.

For more aesthetic surround stands though you may have to order those online

Checked these . Doubt they can handle the weight, but I'll look around locally to see what I can get. Using Kefs q150s

You can get like these locally at Steves and music shops. They can take quite a bit of weight.
Not really great looking for a living room though unless you have some real industrial design

Need some insight.
Anyone knows where I can source a very long male-male RCA cable? I need a few, about 75 feet long, and I would really rather not have to make it myself, I eh in d mood for that.

Thanks in advance.

audio rca cables are unbalanced and will degrade in quality past about 30 feet. you won't find any that long, with the exception of maybe some analog CCTV cables (they use coax wire and have BNC ends and come with BNC to RCA converters)

what I've seen otherwise is analog RCA <-> ethernet converters sold in pairs (send and return for L+R rca). You could try one of those with a long ethernet cable (75ft and 100ft lengths are common).

Have a heavy duty 50ft rca.
Barely used as the equipment it was bought for was sold.
PM if you interested.

Recently upgraded from 5.1.2 Denon AVRX2400 to 5.1.4 using an Onkyo RZ50

The in ceiling speakers are all monoprice 6.5" Coax. Good performance for budget speakers.

Yeah, I know that with RCA cables you lose signal strength and quality the longer they get, but that can be compensated for to some degree if the equipment sending the signal has the ability to adjust output and the wire is thick enough, which is the case with what I plan to use it for.

Starting to look like I had build it myself. Time to break out the soldering kit

Besss. Was looking at that actually but 9.2 was out of range at the moment so I got a 7.2 x1800 denon cuz my old Yamaha just dead on me a few weeks ago. So I'll have to do the 5.1.2 maybe 5.2.2 soon until I upgrade receivers again.

Seeing u really dont need that that much to have effective Atmos in ceiling, was looking the the Micca brand and saw they getting real good reviews on avsforum and reddit

Sooo use a prv 8vrms 7band in dash eq for line drive....lol.

For the longer lengths, the bnc with rca adapters is more suitable.

Hear dis nah... Is there a place in trinidad that has the high end audiophile speaker systems?

I reallll need to hear what people paying
US 100K for.

One decent brand pro audio monitor will also work.
Ev zlx
Jbl 715/ 712
Nsc 15 inch

If u don't have any gear you would end up spending quite alot
And from someone who did a few sets, the hardest thing is a proper passive crossover

Bt amp--600-1000
1 pair of speakers --800
Tweeterz --200 minimum
12 inch sub-- 600
Enclosures -- 500 or more

These are the monoprice. Kevlar cones and silk tweeters. Pretty well built 2nd order filters too. For $79 a pair you cant go wrong. You may also get them on Ebay for less if you buy 2 pairs.
