Suzuki Grand Vitara engine swap

Postby Zee » July 25th, 2025, 10:10 pm

I have a GV with a cracked block. Ja I believe. wd model.

I want to change the engine and transmission to something else. What are my best options? Don’t need it to be wd again. Rear wheel is ok. Want something good on gas if possible.

Looking forward to any feedback

An original engine is $16k, so that won't make sense to me. I am already set on a RB20, but wanted to know what else may fit and may be better on gas than that

Pricey for me. Because I still have to consider the cost of the swap etc
